Popup me "Welcome Packet PDF — everything in one link" (link copy + "Open PDF"), "Show raw credentials (also inside the PDF)" (Username, Password, Action PIN copy karne ke liye) aur "Open SMS app" hote hain. Staff ke login par email ho to PIN email par bhi jaata hai. Staff ko bheja gaya welcome link 30 din chalta hai; uske baad staff ko "Welcome packet expired…" dikhta hai. Abhi welcome letter me Action PIN nahi chhapta (app ki kami), isliye PIN popup ke raw credentials se hi copy karke do. Welcome Letter button sirf owner / admin ko dikhta aur khulta hai.

"Staff Login Credentials" popup sirf ek baar aata hai — band karne ke baad password aur Action PIN dobara nahi dikhte. Naya chahiye to Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → User Management me us user ka password / PIN reset karo. Welcome letter (login details + QR) owner / admin baad me bhi staff card ke "Welcome Letter" button se khol sakte hain, par usme Action PIN nahi hota.
