Templates tab me har form ek card hai (category, naam, kitne fields) jisme "Fill", "Preview", "Edit", "Duplicate" aur laal dustbin (archive) button hain. Koi form na ho to "No form templates yet" aur "Create First Form" dikhta hai. Upar "New Form" button hai. Patient chart me Forms seedha pill me nahi hai — "⋯ More" dropdown ke Records hisse me hai; usme teen tab: Consent Forms, Custom Forms, Registration. Mobile patient screen me Forms → "Custom" sub-tab.
Custom Forms (Form Builder) kahan milta hai?
Setup → Settings → Clinical → Custom Forms. Upar do tab hain: "Templates" (apne forms banao / edit karo) aur "Filled forms" (clinic ke saare bhare hue forms). Patient ke andar se: patient chart → "⋯ More" → Forms → "Custom Forms" tab. Mobile: Setup → Settings → Custom Forms (Form Builder screen).
