Mobile designer simple hai: Text, Paragraph, Number, Email, Phone, Date, Dropdown, Radio, Checkbox, Rating, Signature, Section, Divider. Web ke design blocks (Heading, Table, Image, Token block…) mobile par "Design block — edit on web" dikhte hain aur mobile save karne par waise hi rehte hain. Mobile se bhara form "via mobile" dikhta hai. Patient detail → Forms → Custom → "Open Forms" se seedha us patient ke liye khulta hai.
Mobile app me custom form kaise banaye aur bhare?
Mobile: Setup → Settings → Custom Forms. "Templates" tab: "+ New Form" → Form name, Category, Description → "+ Add Field" → field type chuno → "Save". "Filled forms" tab: "Fill for a patient" → "Which form?" → patient → jawab → "✓ Submit". Card par Fill, Preview (aankh), Edit, Copy, Archive icon.
