No-Show par "Mark as No-Show?" confirm aata hai (reason nahi poochta). Multi-branch clinic me "Pick branch" se chuno ki nayi booking kis branch me jaaye. Mobile par drag aur ⌘K search nahi hai; card ki left patti ka rang doctor ka hai.

Mobile: Today → Calendar. Appointment card par tap → neeche sheet: "Open Patient Profile" aur buttons "Confirmed" (jab dikhe), "Arrived", "In Chair", "Done", "No-Show", "Cancel", "Reschedule". Card ke right wala status pill tap = seedha agla status (Scheduled → Waiting → In Chair → Done). Card long-press = "Reschedule appointment" (New date, New time → "Save"). Naam par tap = patient ki file.
