Teen column hain: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow. "Cancelled" = us din ki Cancelled appointments (0 se zyada ho to laal). Tomorrow ka "New patients exp." = kal aane wale wo patient jo aaj ya baad me register hue. Number har baar page kholne ya "Refresh" dabane par naye nikalte hain — koi purana snapshot nahi. Production bill ki date se aur Collected payment ki date se ginta hai, isliye dono alag ho sakte hain (udhaar ya purane bill ka payment). "Collected" me refund aur advance entries bhi jud jaati hain, isliye ye Day End / money report ke aaye paise se alag aa sakta hai (alag entry dekho). Doctor-wise ya branch-wise todh is board me nahi hai. Ye board sirf owner / admin ko poora dikhta hai.
Performance Board me Production, Collected, Visits done ka matlab kya hai?
Insights → Reports → Performance: "Production" = us din ke asli bills ka total (draft / cancelled nahi); "Collected" = us din aaye payments; "Visits done" = us din Done mark hue treatments; "New patients" = us din register hue patients; "Remaining" (Today) = aaj ki wo appointments jo abhi bhi Scheduled hain (patient aaya nahi). "Tomorrow" me "Scheduled" = kal ki booked appointments.
