Patient ke aane, appointment book hone ya treatment done hone se status khud nahi badalta — staff ko "✓ Done" ya Log call me "Visited" / "Appointment booked" chun na padta hai. "scheduled" recall list se hat jaata hai; patient na aaye to chart ke "Recall" card me "Change" dabakar use dobara "due" banao. "All Pending" tab sirf "due" dikhata hai. Row laal hoti hai aur "OVERDUE" likha aata hai jab Due Date beet gayi ho aur status completed / cancelled na ho. Mobile par status badge capital me (DUE, CONTACTED…).
Recall ka status due, contacted, scheduled, completed, cancelled ka matlab kya hai?
"due" = naya recall, abhi kisi ne contact nahi kiya. "contacted" = "💬 WhatsApp" dabaya ya call log kiya (No answer / Call back later / Declined / Wrong number). "scheduled" = call me "Appointment booked" chuna. "completed" = "✓ Done" dabaya ya call me "Visited" chuna. "cancelled" = "Cancel" dabaya. Sirf due aur contacted hi Due This Week / Overdue me dikhte hain.
