Recall card se aage ki nayi date set karo to patti hat jaati hai; sirf "✓ Done" dabane par, agar aakhri treatment 180 din se purana hai, to patti phir bhi aa sakti hai. Message na jaaye to "❌ Not sent" ke saath wajah likhi hoti hai. Mobile: Profile tab par "Recall OVERDUE by N days" / "Recall due in N days" card (30 din ke andar) aur "Remind via WA" — ye recall par contact darj karta hai aur aapke phone ka WhatsApp message ke saath kholta hai.
Chart me "Recall overdue by N days" patti aur Resend / Book recall kya hai?
Tooth Chart section (Sections → "Tooth Chart") me, recall baaki ho aur pehle koi treatment Done ho chuka ho to patti aati hai: "Recall overdue by N days" · "Last visit <date> · 6-monthly check-up". "Resend" patient ko clinic ke number se recall reminder bhejta hai ("✓ Recall reminder sent again" ya "❌ Not sent — <wajah>"); "Book recall" Date / Time / Reason poochh kar appointment bana deta hai.
