RCS message me card aur button kaise bheje?

Patient Connect → Campaigns → RCS → "📤 Send": "Phone (with country code, e.g. +919876543210)", Message → "Optional: rich card + buttons" kholo: "Card title", "Card image URL" (https:// link), buttons har line me 'label | action_url' (jaise 'Confirm | yes') → "Send RCS Message". Alert batata hai: 'Sent as RCS…' ya 'went as a plain SMS'.

Phone aur message dono zaroori ('Phone + message required'). Zyada se zyada 4 button, har label 25 akshar tak. Image sirf public https:// link se jaati hai, warna 'Image skipped — it must be a public https:// link.' SMS me card / button nahi jaate. Message kisi ek patient ke number se mile tabhi History me aata hai, warna 'Not in History: no single patient has this number.' Koi bhi login wala staff bhej sakta hai. STOP kiye number par nahi jaata.

Quick steps

  1. RCS page → "📤 Send" tab
  2. Phone (+91…) aur Message bharo
  3. "Optional: rich card + buttons" me title, image link, buttons
  4. "Send RCS Message" → alert padho
