Wallet card ki window me upar "🖨 Print Now" aur "Close" button aate hain. Wallet card par clinic ka naam nahi, "ORALZY · Patient ID" chhapta hai. Wallet card me patient ki photo abhi nahi aati (photo box khaali / toota dikhta hai), mobile ke "Patient card" me bhi — photo wala card chahiye to web par "Patient Card" ko "Plain paper" par chhapo (pehli print me photo na aaye to ek baar dobara print karo). Wallet card ka QR internet se banta hai — bina internet ke QR khaali reh sakta hai; Patient Card ka QR bina internet ke bhi banta hai. Dono ka QR mobile app ke Patients screen ke QR icon se scan karke patient ki file khulti hai. Mobile app: Print icon → "Patient card" = wallet size card.

Dono patient chart ke ⋯ (More actions) → Print me hain. "Patient Card" = naam, UHID, phone, gender, DOB, age, "Patient Since", address, allergies aur QR; pehle "Plain paper" / "Letterhead" poochta hai. "🪪 Wallet Card (89×51mm)" = jeb wala chhota card: upar "ORALZY · Patient ID" aur UHID, photo ka box, naam, age · gender · blood group, phone, 2 allergies, emergency contact, QR aur neeche "In case of emergency, return to clinic with this card".
