Web form ki category list me do-shabd wale option (medication error, allergic reaction, near miss, wrong site, equipment failure…) chunne par save error deta hai, aur category bina chune save karo to "category required" error aata hai. Mobile app ka Compliance Logs → Adverse Events form theek save karta hai (default medication error). Web par poora incident form chahiye to NABH Hub → SOP Sign-Off → "Incident Reports" tab → "Report New Incident" — wahan ki report apne aap adverse event bhi bana deti hai. Description aur Immediate Action me mic (voice) se bhi bol sakte ho. Fall category wala event "Patient Fall Incident Register" me aur medication error / allergic reaction "Medication Error Register" me row khol deta hai. Save sirf owner, admin ya doctor login se.
Compliance Logs me adverse event ya near miss kaise add kare?
Compliance Logs → "Adverse Events" tab → "Add Adverse Events": Patient Name, Category, Severity (low / moderate / high / sentinel), Reported By, Description *, Immediate Action Taken → "Save". Web par abhi sirf ek-shabd wali category (fall, infection, sentinel, other) save hoti hai; near miss / medication error jaisi ke liye mobile app ya "Incident Reports" use karo.
