Save fail ho to toast aata hai "⚠️ Adverse-event record (…) save failed — log it manually in Compliance…" — tab Compliance Logs → Adverse Events me haath se daalo (doctor / owner / admin). Us din ka Emergency Box daily check bhi LA reaction dekh kar "used today: yes" sujhaata hai. Root cause / corrective action likhne aur CAPA ki baat ke liye Compliance Logs / Patient Safety dekho. Compliance Logs → Adverse Events me galat entry ka 🗑 delete sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain ("Delete this entry?") — ye record poori tarah hata deta hai, isliye NABH record soch samajh kar hi hatao.

Mark Done ke "💉 Anesthesia Log" me "Adverse event occurred" ya "🪥 Endo Case Log" me "Complication occurred (file separation, perforation…)" tick karke save karo — ek Adverse Event record khud banta hai. Use NABH → NABH → NABH Hub → Compliance Logs → "Adverse Events" tab me dekho; Anesthesia Log register ke "Adverse reaction" khane me bhi type ke saath likha aata hai.
