"seen" = jinka status PT Out ho gaya. "upcoming" = sirf woh jinka status abhi Scheduled hai — PT In (aa gaye) ya Engage (chair me) wale na seen me gine jaate hain na upcoming me, isliye seen + upcoming jod kar total se kam aa sakta hai. Mobile Overview ke "Completed" tile me PT Out aur Engage dono gine jaate hain, isliye wo bhi web se alag dikh sakta hai. Appointments tile par click = Today → Calendar, wahan status dekh kar milao.
Overview ke Today's Appointments aur upar ke Appointments left ka number alag kyun?
Dono alag cheez ginte hain. Overview → "Today's Goal" ka "Today's Appointments" = aaj ki sab appointments, sirf Cancelled chhodkar (neeche "N seen · N upcoming"). Upar ki patti ka "Appointments … left" = aaj ki appointments − PT Out (ho chuke) − Cancelled, yaani abhi kitne baaki hain.
