"Mark delivered" tab dikhta hai jab case pehle "Send to dentist" ho chuka ho (warna message: "First mark "Send to clinic" (ready), then delivered"). Case kisi final bill par ho to product, material, units ya teeth nahi badalte — "This case is on bill … — change the work through a credit note". Cancelled case edit nahi hota ("A cancelled case cannot be edited"). Clinic se aaye case par ye card nahi hota — unhe clinic hi badalti / band karti hai ("Clinic-sent cases are closed by the clinic …"). Har badlav case history me naam ke saath likha jaata hai.
Lab ka apna case edit, deliver ya cancel kaise kare?
Lab Pro, apne dentist ke (native) case par: case kholo → "THIS CASE" card → "Edit" (kaam, patient label, teeth, shade, material, units, due date, enclosures, rush, notes) → "Save changes". Kaam pahunch gaya to "Mark delivered". Band karna ho to "Cancel case" → "Why cancel (e.g. dentist called off)" → "Confirm cancel".
