Order bhejne ke baad bhi files "💬 Chat" se bhej sakte ho. Lab ko saari files ek zip me milti hain jiske upar ORDER-DETAILS file hoti hai. Mobile: form me "📎 Attach intraoral scan / files (STL, ZIP, photos…)".
Lab order ke saath STL scan, photo ya PDF kaise bheje?
"+ New Order" ke "📎 Intraoral scan / files for the lab (STL, PLY, OBJ, ZIP, photos, PDF)" box me "+ Add files" dabao aur files chuno; patient ke pehle se aaye IOS scans ki list dikhe to unpar tick karo. Order save hote hi files case ki chat me "📎 Scan/files attached at case creation" ke saath chali jaati hain — lab apne portal / ORALAB me dekh aur download kar leti hai.
