Web Prescription form me neeche "Follow-up / अगली विज़िट" section (sub-title: Prints on the Rx, case sheet and discharge summary): "Follow-up on" me review date chuno, "Note" me patient ko padhne layak chhoti baat ("review after 7 days / 7 din baad dikhayein"). Mobile Rx form me bhi wahi do field. Ye date parche par, smart case sheet par ("Follow-up / अगली विज़िट:" line) aur discharge summary par ("Review on:") chhapti hai. Date na daalo to discharge summary khud likhti hai "Not fixed — review after 7 days / तारीख तय न हो तो 7 दिन बाद दिखाएं" — line kabhi khaali nahi jaati; saath me "Come earlier if severe pain, swelling, bleeding or fever". Discharge Summary modal me alag se "Follow-up & plain words" section bhi hai: Follow-up / Review on, Follow-up instructions, What was done (simple words / सरल शब्दों में), Return immediately if — aur doctor ka naam/qualification/Reg. No. signature ke saath. Ye Recall se alag hai — Recall reminder bhejne ka system hai, ye kaagaz par likhi hui agli visit.
