Consent treatment Plan ya Mark Done par apne aap banta hai, isliye yahan har procedure ka apna form dikhta hai. Web par "Print" dabane se pehle "Print mode" (Plain paper / Letterhead) poocha jaata hai, par consent hamesha clinic header ke saath hi chhapta hai. "WhatsApp" dabate hi "Creating PDF…", phir "✅ Consent form sent on WhatsApp — <file>" ya "❌ Not sent — <wajah>"; mobile se consent WhatsApp nahi hota. List load na ho to "⚠ Consent forms did not load — …" ke saath "Retry". Isi Forms pill me "Custom Forms" aur "Registration" tab bhi hain.
Patient ke consent forms kahan milenge?
Patient chart → Sections → "⋯ More" → Records → "Forms" → "Consent Forms" tab. Har consent par naam, kind (General / LA / Extraction…), Tooth #, ₹ rakam, doctor ka naam aur date-time dikhta hai; "Print" se dobara chhapo, "WhatsApp" se PDF patient ko bhejo. Mobile: More → "Forms" → "Consents (N)" → "Print Consent".
