Consent form, OPD card ya case sheet patient ko WhatsApp kaise karu?

OPD card aur case sheet: chart → 💬 WhatsApp → "Kagaz bhejo (PDF)" → "🪪 OPD card" / "📄 Case sheet". Consent form: Consents tab me har form ki apni row par "WhatsApp" button (sirf web). Sab PDF ban kar clinic ke number se jaate hain.

Consent ka button 💬 sheet me jaan-boojh kar nahi hai — ek patient ke paas kai consent form hote hain, to button us form ki row par hai jise bhejna hai; sheet me neeche likha bhi aata hai "Consent form har form ki apni row par hai — Consents tab me WhatsApp dabaiye". OPD card = naam, UHID, QR (jeb me rakhne wala card); Case sheet = poora record (chart, notes, x-ray). In dono ko koi id nahi chahiye — jis patient ka chart khula hai usi ka jaata hai. Filename: Consent-<form>.pdf, OPD-Card-<UHID>.pdf, Case-Sheet-<UHID>.pdf. PDF server par banti hai, isliye button par "PDF ban rahi hai…" kuch second rehta hai. Message approved document template ke saath jaata hai (patient ko "Mil gaya" / "Sawal hai" button). Sab Sent Log me. Mobile "Send message" sheet me "OPD Card (PDF)" aur "Case Sheet (PDF)" hain; consent mobile se nahi jaata.
