Received dabane par: case "Received" ho jata hai, received date aaj ki, NABH chalu ho to lab-work register me date bhar jati hai, prosthesis registry me us kaam ki row ban jati hai, aur patient ko ek baar message jata hai "Aapka … ready ho gaya hai! Fitting ke liye please clinic visit kijiye…" (patient ka phone ho aur clinic ka message channel chal raha ho to). "Given to patient" = Delivered — warranty ki ginti isi din se. Jis bill me us lab case ka treatment hai wo poora paid hote hi Received case apne aap Delivered ho jata hai — tab likha aata hai "Marked delivered on the final payment." Clinic ka koi bhi login ye buttons daba sakta hai. Galti se dabaya to app me pichhla status wapas karne ka button nahi hai (Lab Cases page par bhi nahi) — ORALZY support se theek karwana hoga, isliye kaam haath me aane par hi dabao. Beta clinic nahi hai to ye patti nahi aati — status Lab Cases page ke "Received" / "Delivered" se badlo. Mobile Lab Work tab me bhi yahi buttons.
Chart ke Lab section me "Received at clinic" aur "Given to patient" kya karte hain?
Ye buttons abhi sirf beta clinics me dikhte hain. Patient chart → ⋯ More → "Lab" me case ke neeche patti: lab ko gaya case — "Came back from the lab?" → "✓ Received at clinic"; lab ne kaam wapas bheja bataya — "The lab has sent this back — did it arrive?" → "✓ Yes, received"; Received case — "Given to the patient?…" → "✓ Given to patient". Dabate hi aaj ki date case par lag jati hai.
