Khud likha WhatsApp text Meta ke 24 ghante wale niyam me hi pahunchta hai (patient ne 24 ghante me message kiya ho), aur SMS par DLT template chahiye. "Email" pill abhi kaam nahi karta — bhejne par "Send failed" aata hai, isliye email mat chuno. Quick reply chip sirf box me text bharta hai; bhejne ke liye "Send" dabana padta hai. Neeche akshar ginti aur "· to <number>" dikhta hai. Ye composer sirf mobile me hai; web par "💬 Send message" sheet ka "Or write your own" hai.

Mobile: patient kholo → tab strip ka "More" → "More sections" → Comms → "Messages" → "✏ Compose" → channel chuno (WhatsApp / SMS / RCS) → "Quick replies" chip (Confirm, Running late, Rx ready, Bill, Follow-up, Recall) ya khud likho → "Send". Alert "✓ Sent" ya "Not sent" + wajah aata hai.
