Auditor kuch badalne ki koshish kare to "Auditor account is read-only. For audits you only have permission to view data." aata hai. Staff Login (ESS) par "This is a staff self-service account — only attendance, leave and payslip are available." milta hai. Appointment delete ka option kisi ke liye nahi hai — cancel hi karna hota hai. Calendar ke upar ki patti ka "collected" (₹) tile sirf owner / admin ko dikhta hai. Appointment reminder jaise auto message on / off karna owner / admin ka kaam hai (Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off)).
Receptionist appointment cancel, reschedule ya no-show kar sakti hai?
Haan. Calendar par reschedule (drag / mobile Reschedule), cancel, no-show, Confirm aur status (Check in / Start / Complete) koi bhi clinic login kar sakta hai — owner, admin, doctor, receptionist ya doosra staff login. Iske liye PIN nahi maangta. Auditor login sirf dekh sakta hai, aur Staff Login (ESS) se calendar ka kaam nahi hota (sirf attendance, leave, payslip).
