Chair yahan nahi chun sakte. Blockout wale time par "This time is blocked: … You can still book it." aata hai. Internet chala jaaye to "Saved offline" — net aate hi booking sync ho jaati hai. Multi-branch clinic me calendar ke upar branch chip se branch chuno. List me patient na ho to "No matches — will create new patient" dikhta hai, par sirf naam wala appointment banta hai, patient record nahi.

Mobile: Today → Calendar → neeche "+" button, ya Day view me khaali time par tap → "Book Appointment" sheet (calendar ki date pehle se bhari): "Patient Name *" (2 akshar likhte hi purane patient dikhte hain), "Phone", "Date (YYYY-MM-DD) *", "Time (HH:MM) *", appointment type, "Treatment", "Duration (min)", Doctor, "How did you hear?" → "Book Appointment" → "Booked" (token ke saath).
