Treatment likhne par "Suggested N" aata hai; Duration khaali ho to wahi lag jaata hai ("Use Nm" se bhar bhi sakte ho). Date bilkul 2026-10-20 jaise format me likho. Internet na ho to "Saved offline — Visit booking will sync when you reconnect." Chair aur appointment type yahan nahi chun sakte. Deceased patient par "Patient is deceased — Outreach actions are disabled for this patient." aata hai aur sheet nahi khulti.

Mobile: patient kholo → upar summary card ka "Next" (ya "Recall") tile dabao, ya "Visits" tab me neeche "+" → "Book Visit — <naam>" sheet: "Date (YYYY-MM-DD) *", "Time (HH:MM) *", "Treatment", "Duration (min)", "Doctor" → "Book Visit".
