Pending tab ke heading me "<N> see now" bhi dikhta hai, aur web par browser notification "🩺 Patient is in pain" aata hai (notification allow ho to). Today → Mission Control me aisi request "PAIN" ke saath card banke dikhti hai. List priority se sort nahi hoti — hamesha nayi request upar — isliye laal wali khud dhundho. Mobile par "Pending" tab ke label me "· N⚠️" aata hai.
Patient Request par laal "See now" ka matlab kya hai?
"See now" sirf 🩺 Pain / problem request par aata hai (patient ne "Dard ho raha hai" ya "Dikkat hai" dabaya) — ye sabse urgent hai, turant call karo. Baaki requests par sirf baayi patti ka rang hota hai: naarangi = aaj (appointment, reschedule, cancel, payment, consent ka time), neela = normal (baat, kharcha, receipt, report…), hara = jab time ho (address, review).
