Deactivate ke baad company web ki Insurance Companies list aur '+ New Claim' ke 'Insurance Company' dropdown me nahi dikhti; purane claims par uska naam bana rehta hai. Mobile ki Insurance Companies list me deactivated company bhi dikhti rehti hai (koi nishaan nahi), isliye wahan se pakka mat samjho — web par check karo. Wapas chalu karne ka button abhi nahi hai; galti se band ho gayi to wahi naam '+ Add Company' se dobara jod lo. Sirf naam ya phone galat ho to hatane ke bajaye 'Edit' → theek karke 'Update' karo.
Insurance company ko list se kaise hataye ya deactivate kare?
Web par 'Insurance Companies' tab me sirf 'Edit' hai, hatane ka button nahi. Mobile app me: Billing → Bills → Billing Hub → 'Insurance Companies' → company card par laal 🗑 icon → 'Deactivate company?' → 'Deactivate'. Ye sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain — baaki logon ko 'Failed' aata hai. Company delete nahi hoti, sirf chhup jaati hai.
