Diagnosis: Autoclave down hone se sterile instruments ki supply ruk sakti hai. NABH me breakdown chhupana nahi, manage karna dekha jaata hai.

Karo:

  1. Owner / admin NABH Registers → header "Old Records" → "Equipment Breakdown & Downtime Register" me row daalo: machine, critical, Time of complaint, note; theek hone par End time.
  2. Repair / engineer visit Treatment → Pharmacy & Stock → Equipment → Equipment Maintenance me "+ Log service" (Type Breakdown) se — PMS register me row khud aati hai.
  3. Backup: doosri machine ya pre-sterilised / pouched instruments. Sterile supply na ho to elective invasive procedure tal do.
  4. Repair ke baad pehle spore test (BI) + TST strip PASS, phir hi chalu.
  5. CAPA register me down time, patient impact aur preventive (AMC / PMS) likho.
