Mode badalne par purani recording / text saaf ho jaata hai ("Reset" bhi yahi karta hai). Hindi / Rajasthani / English bol sakte ho. Treatment Plan me "AI Confidence" % bhi dikhta hai. Nikaala hua result sirf screen par hai jab tak "💾 Save to case sheet" na karo.

Treatment → Clinical → Consult & Voice → Voice Dictation ("🎤 Voice Dictation"): upar do button — "Treatment Plan" bole hue se chief complaint, daant, diagnosis, treatments, dawaiyan aur next appointment nikaalta hai ("🧠 Extract Plan"); "SOAP Note" use Subjective / Objective / Assessment / Plan me todta hai ("📋 Extract SOAP").
