Patient chart → topbar ka 🎙 mic button ("Conversation Capture") → patient ki sahmati (signature) → recording → "⏹ Stop & Process". AI chief complaint, SOAP notes, planned / aaj ke treatment, Rx, post-op, next visit aur anesthesia nikaalta hai — sab edit karke "✅ Commit All". Beta — na dikhe to ORALZY support se poochho.

Sahmati ek baar file par ho to dobara nahi maangta. Recording 30 din baad mit jaati hai, transcript 7 saal rehta hai. Commit se plan, SOAP note, consent, appointment, anesthesia log aur endo log ban jaate hain. Bahut chhoti recording ya mic permission na ho to error aata hai.
