Browser ko microphone ki permission deni padti hai.

Design kholo → right side "🎙 Voice note" card → "🎙 Record voice note" → bolo (zyada se zyada 60 second, "● Recording… Ns / 60s") → "⏹ Stop" → "💾 Save" ("Voice note saved.") ya "Discard". Patient ke preview link par ye "🎙 Voice note from your doctor" me sunai deta hai.
