Card par "● Clinical Note" tabhi dikhta hai jab us note me complaint, HOPI ya diagnosis likha ho. Sirf text sudhaaro aur date na chhedo to note apne din par hi rehta hai. Date badalni ho to pehle Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → Back-dated Entry me "Allow back-dated entry" ON karwao (owner / admin) — OFF ho to badli hui date nahi lagti, note AAJ ke card par aa jaata hai aur message aata hai "Date stayed as today — to back-date, turn ON "Back-dated entry" in Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → Back-dated Entry." Aage ki date nahi chun sakte. Jo case sheet Treatment Complete se bill ho chuki ho uspar "Case sheet is billed — clinical fields are locked" aata hai. Edit sirf doctor / admin / owner. Mobile app me purane visit note ka edit nahi hai — web se karo.

"📋 Visit note" sirf AAJ ka note kholta aur badalta hai. Purane din ka note: Sections → "Visits" → us din ka card kholo → "● Clinical Note" ke ⋯ → "✏️ Edit" → "🗓️ Visit date", Chief Complaint, HOPI, Investigation, Provisional Dx, Final Dx sudhaaro → "Save".
