Upload koi bhi staff kar sakta hai; Delete button abhi kaam nahi karta (file hat-ti nahi). Clinic ne Setup → Integrations → Google Drive joda ho to upload ki copy Drive me bhi jaati hai. Windows desktop app ka document scanner "X-ray/Scan" pill me hai — wahan se scan Imaging me jaata hai, Documents me nahi. Mobile: More → "Docs".
Patient ke documents (reports, ID, purani files) kahan rakhe?
Patient chart → Sections → "Docs" → "Documents" (Document Vault) me reports, ID proof, purani files, referral letter, sign kiye consent ka scan — sab category ke saath rakho. "+ Upload Document" se file ya "📷 Camera" se photo daalo; upar ke pills (All, Clinical Photos, X-Rays, Consent Forms, OPD Slips, Registration Forms, Prescriptions, Lab Reports, Referrals, ID Proofs, Insurance Cards, Discharge Summary, Other) se filter karo.
