Patient chart → left sidebar → 🔒 Internal Notes → + → note likho → "🔔 Show as a popup every time this patient is opened" tick karo → type chuno (Complaint / unhappy, Handle with care, Payment, Medical caution, VIP, Note) → Save. Ab jab bhi koi staff ye patient kholega, "🔔 Staff alert" popup aayega.
