Linked medicines tabhi bharti hain jab Mark Done drawer khaali ho (edit mode me nahi). Done hote hi bana Rx inhi dawaiyon se banta hai. Purane "Load Template… / Save as Template" Rx templates sirf V1 profile ke + New Visit form me hain — clinic-wide (doctor-wise nahi), aur unhe kisi treatment se joda nahi ja sakta. V2 chart ke Rx form me presets Setup → Settings → Clinical → "Clinical & Rx Presets" se aate hain.

Rx template treatment se link nahi hota. Jo chahiye wo Treatment Type par hota hai: Setup → Settings → Clinical → Treatment Types → Edit → "🔗 Link Medicines" aur "🔗 Link Instructions". Phir us treatment ko Mark Done karte hi ye dawaiyan / instructions khud bhar jaati hain.
