Done (green) row ka ✎ dabao (Tooth Chart list me done row par click) — drawer "Edit visit: <treatment>" ("View / update saved clinical log") khulta hai, pehle se saved notes, dawai, anesthesia log, endo case log, implant details bhare hue. Save button "✓ Save changes".
Edit mode Mark Done dobara nahi chalata — bill, Rx, consent duplicate nahi bante; anesthesia / endo / implant ka wahi purana record update hota hai (kuch na badla ho to kuch nahi likha jaata). Consent block, 💰 Charge aur done date edit mode me nahi dikhte.
Dawai badli to us treatment ka Rx bhi apne aap update hota hai. Rx pharmacy se dispense ho chuka ho to toast: "⚠ Medicines saved on the treatment, but its prescription was already dispensed — the printed Rx was NOT changed. Write a new Rx if needed."
Save fail ho to "Changes NOT saved: …" aata hai aur drawer khula rehta hai — likha hua nahi jaata.
KYA NAHI hota: status (Done → Plan), rate / amount, tooth number. Amount ke liye credit note. Post-op WhatsApp ka pehle bana schedule nahi badalta.
Kaun: doctor / admin / owner. Mobile: patient → More → Clinical → done card "Edit" ("Edit Done TT") — Tooth Number, Notes aur Post-op instructions; rate / qty band.
