Patient ki insurance policy treatment se pehle verify kaise kare?

Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Insurance → "Pre-Auth Verify" tab → "Add Policy": Patient, Insurer, TPA, Policy Number, Plan Name, Card Number, Valid From / To, Sum Insured, Used, Copay %, "Pre-auth required" / "Cashless" tick → save. Phir policy row par "Verify" → Status: ✓ Verified / ✗ Declined / ⚠ Expired + insurer remarks → "Save Verification".

Upar ginti dikhti hai: kitni policies "need verification" aur kitni active. "🤖 Auto-Verify Queue" saari pending policies TPA provider se ek saath check karta hai (verified / declined / unchanged ginti batata hai). Valid To nikal chuki policy par ⚠ EXPIRED. "Show deactivated too" se band policies dikhti hain aur "Reactivate" hota hai. Insurance ka ye hissa "Govt Schemes & Insurance" add-on ke saath khulta hai.

Quick steps

  1. Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Insurance → Pre-Auth Verify
  2. "Add Policy" → patient aur policy details
  3. Policy row → "Verify"
  4. Verified / Declined / Expired chuno, remarks likho → "Save Verification"
