Numbers usi Insurance page ke claims se bante hain (Claims tab / "+ New Claim"), isliye claim ka status (Submit → Under Review → Settle / Deny) samay par badlo, warna analytics adhuri rahegi. Koi claim na ho to "No claim history yet — submit a claim to start populating this view." Isse tay karo kaunsi TPA ke saath empanelment rakhna hai.
TPA-wise denial rate aur settlement me lagne wale din (TAT) kaha dikhte hain?
Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Insurance → "📊 TPA Analytics" tab: upar Total Claims, Overall Denial Rate, Recovery %, Total Settled; neeche "Per-TPA Performance" table — har TPA ka Total, Settled, Denied, Denial Rate, Avg TAT (days) aur Top Denial Reasons.
