Clinic ki apni bill series ka number nahi jalta. Bills 100-100 karke save hote hain ("Saving N / M…"). Dobara chalane par jo bill aa chuka wo double nahi hota ("N bills imported, N already there, N failed."). Patient phone + naam se milta hai — ek mobile par family ho to app andaza nahi lagata. "Same bill already in ORALZY" (same din + same amount) aur "No treatment on the bill" import nahi hote. File 15 MB tak. Ye button sirf web par hai, aur sirf beta clinic ke owner / admin ko dikhta hai.
Swipe billing ke purane RGHS bills ORALZY me patient file me kaise laaye?
Beta clinics, owner / admin: Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Scheme A/c → "📥 Import from Swipe" → "Choose the Swipe Bills file" (.xlsx / .xls, sheets "Bills" aur "Treatment Items") → "Check file". App har bill ko patient se milata hai aur groups me dikhata hai — tab tak kuch save nahi hota. Phir "Import N bills (₹X)" → "Import". Har bill apne din par us patient ki file me RGHS (govt account) bill banta hai, Swipe number (SWIPE/INV-…) aur package code ke saath.
