Fee pehle li ja chuki ho to "Consultation fee is already collected — valid till …" aata hai. Us din ka Day End close ho to charge nahi hota; owner ne Action Guard me "Charge consultation/OPD fee" tick kiya ho to PIN maangta hai. Fee aur validity ke din Setup → Settings → Billing → Consultation Fee me set hote hain.
Bill banate waqt "Consultation fee due" aur "Charge now" button kya hai?
Setup → Settings → Billing → Consultation Fee chalu ho aur patient ki consultation validity khatam ho, to editor me patient ke neeche peeli patti aati hai: "⚠️ Consultation fee due — charge ₹X …?". "Charge ₹X now" dabate hi fee ka alag paid bill aur CASH payment ban jaata hai, aur patti "✓ Consultation valid till …" ho jaati hai. Chhod do to fee is bill me nahi judti.
