Paisa aane ke baad bill apne aap paid ho jaaye is par bharosa mat karo — portal / app se bane link me bill ki pehchaan gateway tak nahi jaati. Gateway / bank me paisa dekh kar patient chart se us bill par payment (UTR ke saath) darj karo. Portal ka UPI link sirf phone par UPI app kholta hai, computer par nahi; app me UPI ID + QR wala box khulta hai. Portal ka "Due" bill ke total me se jama rakam ghata kar banta hai — patient ne advance / on-account diya ho to portal zyada bakaya dikha sakta hai, isliye pay karwane se pehle clinic me bakaya check karo. Pura paid bill par "✓ Paid" dikhta hai aur "Pay now" nahi aata. Har bill ka "PDF" button bill ki copy kholta hai. Gateway keys: Setup → Settings → Billing → Payment Gateways; UPI ID: Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank).
Patient portal ya app me "Pay now" dabane par kya hota hai?
Portal ke "💰 Bills" tab me bakaya bill par "Pay now" (app me "Pay ₹X Online") aata hai. Clinic ka payment gateway (Payment Gateways) juda ho to patient gateway ke payment page par jaata hai; gateway na ho par UPI ID ho to UPI se pay hota hai; dono na hon to portal me "No payment method configured for this clinic. Please call the clinic to pay." aata hai.
