Draft bill Finalize hone par hi Scheme A/c me aata hai. Dhyan: mobile chart ka "Create Draft Bill" account nahi poochta — aise draft ko mobile Billing screen me edit karke "Finalize" karo (wahan "Which account is this bill for?" aata hai); web par aise draft ka "Finalize" use patient ka bill hi bana deta hai. Pakka bill edit nahi hota ("Cannot edit a finalized bill. Issue a credit note instead."), isliye galat account wala bill Cancel karo (owner / admin / doctor) ya Delete karke Recycle Bin bhejo, phir dobara banao aur govt account chuno. Us bill par payment darj ho to Delete se pehle wo payment void karni padti hai. Popup ke liye patient ki scheme set honi chahiye (Edit patient → "Govt / TPA scheme patient?"); warna app mana karta hai: "… is not enrolled in any government scheme, so this bill cannot be charged to a scheme account. Set the patient's scheme first." Bahut purana bill ho to dhyan do: list sabse naye 2,000 scheme bills tak hi dikhati hai.
RGHS ka bill Scheme A/c me kyu nahi dikh raha?
Scheme A/c me sirf wahi pakka (finalize) bill aata hai jo banate waqt "Which account is this bill for?" (treatment done karte waqt "Bill to which account?") me govt account — jaise "🏛️ RGHS account (govt) — reimbursement claim" — chun kar bana. Na dikhne ki wajah: bill abhi Draft hai; "👤 Patient pays (self-pay)" chuna tha; patient ki scheme General thi to popup aaya hi nahi; bill Cancelled, poore credit note wala ya Recycle Bin me hai; ya filter "Pending" hai aur paisa aa chuka — "Settled" / "All" dekho.
