"This month" tab ke "What you can do now" me bhi ye kaam aate hain ("Call N patients whose recall is due", "Quiet days ahead — fill the diary: …") — "See list →" se seedhe list khulti hai. Quiet day sirf kal aur parson ke liye bataya jaata hai jab booking usual ke aadhe se kam ho. Ye screen sirf dikhati hai — message ya appointment khud nahi banti; booking Calendar se karo. Clinic Forecast se kin patients ko call karna hai kaise pata kare?
Forecast → "Patients" tab: "Likely to come — recall due" (agle 30 din me due ya 90 din tak overdue recall, patient abhi booked nahi) aur "Likely to come — treatment pending" (6 mahine me plan hua, done nahi, booked nahi — sabse bada amount upar). Phone number par tap karke call karo. "Next 7 days" me har din Expected / Booked / Usual for this weekday.
