Ye 'Growth' add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya 'Upgrade required' aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain. Panel me likha "Ask your super-admin…" wala sandesh clinic ke liye nahi hai — aapko bas ORALZY support ko bolna hai. Patient ko bheja hua preview link in taalon se nahi rukta.

Smile Design har clinic par default band hota hai — isko ORALZY support aapki clinic ke liye chalu karta hai. Band ho to web chart me "Smile" pill nahi banta, panel par "Smile Design module not enabled" aata hai, mobile me "Module not enabled" ya "Smile design backend offline". Chalu karwane ke liye ORALZY support se baat karo; saath me Growth add-on bhi chahiye.
