Fix: pehle done treatment ka tooth number sahi karo — web ke done-row ✎ (Edit visit) me tooth ka khaana nahi hai; mobile app me patient → More → Clinical → Done card "Edit" → "Tooth Number" → "Save Changes". Phir web par done row ka ✎ kholo, Endo / Implant log dobara bharo → "✓ Save changes". Ek saath Done ke drawer me pehle hi warning aati hai: "⚠ This row has no tooth number — the endo / implant record will not be saved. Set the tooth first." Doosre fail toast — "⚠️ Endo record save failed (tooth #NN) — NABH endo register will be missing this case: …", "⚠️ Implant record save failed (lot …) — NOT in the recall registry: …", "⚠️ Anesthesia log save failed: …" — inme bhi done row ke ✎ se dobara bharo. Implant ka lot number recall ke liye zaroori hai — box abhi tray par ho to wahi number dobara daal do.
Done karte waqt 'Endo record NOT saved' ya 'Implant record NOT saved' kyu aaya?
Endo aur implant record daant ke hisaab se bante hain. Treatment par tooth number na ho to toast aata hai "⚠️ Endo record NOT saved — this treatment has no tooth number…" ya "⚠️ Implant record NOT saved (lot …) — this treatment has no tooth number, so it is NOT in the recall registry." Treatment, bill aur Rx phir bhi save ho jaate hain — sirf wo log nahi bana.
