Ye button naya patient nahi banata — sirf lead ko pehle se registered patient se jodta hai. Patient na mile to "No patient found" aata hai: pehle register karo, phir wapas aakar convert karo. Search lead ke phone se apne aap bhar jaata hai. Convert ke baad "Lead converted and linked to <naam>" message aata hai, "Convert → patient", "→ Next" aur "Lost" button chhup jaate hain. Galat patient se jud gaya to link hatane ka seedha option nahi hai: "Stage ▾" se stage badlo, tab "Convert → patient" button wapas aata hai — usse sahi patient chuno (purana link badal jaata hai). Convert se koi appointment ya bill nahi banta. Mobile par bhi same "Convert → patient" button.
Lead ko patient me convert kaise kare (Convert → patient)?
Pehle patient ko normal register karo (Patient Care → Patients → Register New Patient). Phir Patient Connect → Leads & Outreach → Leads → lead ki row me "Convert → patient" → search box me naam / phone / UHID (kam se kam 2 akshar) → sahi patient par click. Lead "converted" ho jaata hai aur "✓ linked to patient" dikhta hai.
