Sirf Name zaroori hai — khaali chhodoge to "Lead name required" aata hai. Source me walk-in, website, google, facebook, instagram, referral, whatsapp, call, camp, justdial, other milte hain (default walk-in). "Assigned To" me staff ka username haath se likhna hota hai (dropdown nahi). Estimated Value sirf andaza hai — isse koi bill nahi banta. Same phone ka lead dobara banane par app rokta nahi, isliye pehle search box me phone daal ke dekh lo. Leads Pipeline ORALZY ki beta list me hai — menu me na dikhe to aapki clinic ke liye abhi chalu nahi hua (pehle beta clinics me aata hai). Mobile: Leads screen par neeche "+" button; wahan "Est. Value (₹)" naam hai aur naam khaali ho to "Name is required".

Patient Connect → Leads & Outreach → Leads → "+ New Lead": "Name *" (zaroori), Phone, Email, Source, "Service Interest", "Estimated Value (₹)", Stage, "Assigned To", "Next Follow-up", Notes → "Create Lead". Lead list me upar aa jaata hai, stage default "new".
