Har mahine ki 2 tareekh ko system pichhle mahine ka bhi khud compute karta hai. Entry tab nahi banti jab: treatment par doctor nahi chuna, us doctor ka rule nahi / Active off, treatment amount "Min treatment amount" se kam, ya amount ₹0 (poora maaf / bill cancel). "Compute for Month" ke baad popup me "Scanned, Created, Skipped" ginti aati hai. Ek treatment ki ek hi entry banti hai — dobara compute se duplicate nahi hota, aur ek baar bani entry (reversed bhi) dobara compute se nahi badalti. Rule baad me banaya to "Compute for Month" se us mahine ke chhoote treatments jud jaate hain. Mobile: Doctor Commissions screen par "Compute <month>" button.
Doctor ki commission entry kab aur kaise banti hai?
Treatment "Done" mark karte hi, agar treatment par doctor chuna hai aur us doctor ka active rule hai, to Team → Payroll → Commissions → Doctor Commissions me "pending" entry khud ban jaati hai. Chhoot gaye treatments ke liye mahina chuno → "Compute for Month" — sirf naye wale bante hain, purane skip.
