Incentives = payslip me judne wala bonus (Attendance %, Perfect Attendance, Overtime bonus, manual / festival / referral bonus) — salary wale staff ke liye. Commissions = har Done treatment par doctor ka hissa, jo alag Approve → Pay se diya jaata hai, payslip me nahi judta. Visiting / per-case doctor ka paisa Commissions se hi diya jaata hai.

Team → Payroll → Incentives (Doctor Incentives aur Staff Incentives dono) ek hi Staff Attendance page ka "Incentives" tab kholte hain — ye attendance / overtime / bonus wale incentive hain jo salary me judte hain. Doctor ko procedure-wise % ya slab dena ho to Team → Payroll → Commissions → Doctor Commissions use karo.
