Delete dabane par pehle check hota hai kaun-kaun se record is doctor ki taraf ishaara karte hain (33 tarah ke record — Bill, Prescription, Case Sheet, Appointment, Commission…). Kuch bhi mila to message: "<naam> permanent delete nahi ho sakte — N record inke naam par hain (Appointment 7, Bill 3…). Inhe Inactive hi rehne dijiye; naam purane records par bana rahega." Kyunki history wala doctor mita do to wo saare record anaath ho jaate hain aur koi error nahi aata — bill waise hi chhapta hai, bas aise doctor ki taraf jo hai hi nahi. Agar sirf uska apna Staff record bacha hai to message batata hai: pehle Staff Directory se wo record hataayein, phir doctor delete hoga. Kuch nahi mila to confirm: "…record hamesha ke liye mita dein? … Ye wapas nahi aayega." → "Delete forever". Edit/list me "Activate" button bhi hai — deactivate ab one-way nahi. Deactivate par default-doctor flag bhi hat jaata hai. Mobile: Settings → Doctors → doctor kholo → "Deactivate Doctor" / "Delete Permanently".
Doctor ko permanent delete kaise karu?
Pehle "Deactivate" karo; Inactive doctor par "Delete" (Delete forever) aata hai — sirf owner/admin ko. Par ye tabhi chalega jab uske naam par koi appointment, bill, prescription, case sheet, commission… kuch bhi na ho; warna app batata hai kitne record rok rahe hain aur use Inactive hi rehne do — naam purane records par bana rehta hai.
