Ab Doctor ka apna Engagement hai, Staff wale se alag, kyunki bahut si practices me visiting/on-call doctor kabhi employee hota hi nahi. Purane doctors jinme kuch set nahi, wo "Full-time" dikhte hain. Engagement ka asar: Full-time/Part-time doctor ka staff record roz ki attendance + payroll me ginta hai; Visiting consultant/On-call ka staff record sirf directory me rehta hai (attendance/payroll se bahar). Ye poster ke "On call / On request" (Consulting hours me) se alag setting hai — wo poster aur online booking ke liye hai, ye staff/attendance ke liye. Locum (substitute) doctor alag jagah hai: HR Masters → Locum Doctors.

People → Staff → 👨⚕️ Doctors → Add/Edit → "Engagement" dropdown: Full-time / Part-time / Visiting consultant / On-call. List me Engagement column dikhta hai. Mobile: Settings → Doctors me wahi 4 chips (Full-time / Part-time / Visiting / On-call).
