Setup → Settings → Clinical → Instructions Library ("📋 Post-Treatment Instructions Library"): instruction likho (jaise "Soft diet for 3 days…") → "+ Add" ya Enter; × se hatao. Ye Rx ke "Advice for the patient" box ke neeche chips ban kar aate hain.
