Chip tap karne se line "Advice for the patient" box me comma ke saath jud jaati hai aur parche par medicines ke neeche chhapti hai. Library bilkul khaali ho to default post-op lines (Hindi + Hinglish) Clinical & Rx Presets ke "🌱 Load Default Presets" se aati hain — wo button tabhi dikhta hai jab Visit Notes ki koi list khaali ho. Line add sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain. Box me haath se ya voice se bhi likh sakte ho.
Rx me "Advice presets" khaali hai ya "No advice presets yet" kyun aata hai?
Rx ke "Advice for the patient" box ke neeche ke chips Instructions Library se aate hain, Clinical & Rx Presets se nahi (message galat page batata hai). Setup → Settings → Clinical → Instructions Library me line likho → "+ Add" — agli baar Rx kholne par chip dikhega.
